Can you work with the hardware we already have?
Often, yes. Our platforms are designed to connect to existing access controllers and databases rather than replace them. We confirm exactly what can be reused during the site survey, before anything is quoted.
Do you only install, or do you design too?
Both, and you can choose how much we do: design only (we specify, your contractor installs), a turnkey project (design, supply, installation and commissioning), or long-term support after handover.
What warranty do you give?
Warranty terms depend on the hardware brand and the scope of the project, and they are written into every quotation so there are no surprises later.
Do you support the system after it's installed?
Yes. Long-term support is one of our three engagement models — maintenance, updates and expanding the system as your building, campus or fleet grows.
Can the different platforms work together?
Yes. All six platforms share one identity and scheduling layer, so a door, a classroom, a patient room and a bus seat can all reference the same person record.
